Revocation
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for return from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are generally about 6.95 euros per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. Please note, the customer is responsible for sending back to the address specified at the bottom of this page, so no Kiala or other collection points.
Tip: always take a carrier with a track and trace option, then there will be no discussion if it gets lost in the post. Also take a photo of the products and send it to us first. This prevents disappointment and unnecessary shipping costs on your side.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at info@fotoboekamsterdamamsterdam.nl and fill in the withdrawal form.
We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receiving your return, provided the product has already been returned in good order.
Good order means undamaged or unsaleable condition.
